- For digital courses, we offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of purchase

- If an event is canceled or rescheduled by ConstantTone, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your registration to the new date
Conditions for Refund

- Returns must be initiated within the specified timeframe for the product category
- Products must meet the eligibility criteria outlined above
- For physical products, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product
- Digital products must not have been substantially downloaded, accessed, or used
Non-Refundable Items and Circumstances

Refund Process
